Amazon Web Services South Africa is offering an AWS Commercial Sales Internship based in Johannesburg.
The internship begins in August 2026 and runs for 12 months.
This programme is designed for candidates who are passionate about cloud technologies and interested in developing a career in commercial sales, AWS services, customer engagement, digital transformation, and AI-first cloud solutions.
The programme includes structured learning, hands-on experience, rotation assignments, mentoring, shadowing opportunities, and a business project using innovative approaches and AI-first solutions.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the AWS Commercial Sales Internship Programme.
- Gain hands-on experience in cloud sales and AWS services.

Requirements
- Must speak, write, and read English fluently.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
- Must have graduated from a Bachelor’s degree or higher within the last 5 years.
- Must have computer skills, including Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word.
- Must be unemployed before joining the internship programme.
- Must be under 35 years old at the time of application.
- Must have completed a higher education qualification in a related field.
- Qualification must be from an accredited institution of higher education.
- Minimum qualification level: NQF Level 4-6.
- Must be legally able to work in South Africa.
