SafetySA is recruiting a SETA Administrator Learner for its SafetyCloud Accreditations Department in Centurion.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support relating to learner records, document processing, data capturing, compliance administration and audit preparation.
The opportunity will also allow the learner to develop practical knowledge of SETA, QCTO, accreditation and quality-management requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with learner registrations.
- Assist with processing learner achievements and completions.
- Support learner-certification administration.
- Capture learner information accurately on internal systems and databases.
- Maintain accurate learner and training records.
- Verify learner information.
- Check that required supporting documents are complete.
- Maintain learner files according to company procedures.
- Help distribute learner statements of results and certificates.
- Ensure learner information remains accurate and current.
- Prepare documentation for audits and verification processes.
- Assist with documentation required for accreditation activities.
- Maintain learner Portfolios of Evidence and related records.
- Track submitted documents.
- Monitor outstanding documents and information.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation.
- File, archive and store records according to company standards.
- Identify and record administrative discrepancies.
- Assist with resolving administrative discrepancies.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets, registers and databases.
- Update learner progress and submission records.
- Assist with compiling routine reports.
- Provide document-status updates to the Accreditations Manager.
- Respond to administrative queries from learners, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support branches and departments with accreditation-related administration.
- Communicate professionally with learners, clients, employees and external organisations.
- Provide daily administrative and reporting support to the Accreditations team.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
- Maintain the confidentiality of learner, client and company information.
- Follow company policies, procedures and quality-management requirements.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
- Maintain professional conduct when representing the organisation.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or a National Senior Certificate.
- A National Diploma, certificate or equivalent qualification in one of the following:
- Business Administration.
- Office Administration.
- Human Resources.
- Business Management.
- Public Administration.
- Information Management.
- A related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to use Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Willingness to learn about SETA, QCTO, accreditation and quality-management requirements.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
No previous SETA or accreditation experience is required.
