Description

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for digital channels (social media, email, website), including
• graphics, videos, reels, carousels, and copy.
• Assist with producing learner success stories, client case studies, and visual storytelling
• aligned to our brand voice.
• Draft and schedule weekly content calendars and support on-the-ground content generation during events, workshops, or learner showcases.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the website (Webflow) content updated (blog posts, learner stories, banners, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO best practices on landing pages
• and blog articles.
• Track and report on user engagement via Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Assist in planning and executing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and
• YouTube.
• Monitor and respond to community comments and DMs where appropriate, in line with
• the Shaper tone and brand guidelines.
• Use tools like Adobe Express, and others, to manage posting timelines and monitor
• performance.
• Assist with building out email marketing content for campaigns (Mailchimp or

Requirements

• Passion for digital content, marketing, and education/workforce development.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills (English essential).
• Ability to create basic designs using Canva, Adobe Express or similar tools.
• Comfortable using social media platforms professionally (especially LinkedIn and
• Instagram).
• Basic understanding of website content editing (Webflow, WordPress or similar).
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas in a fast-paced team.

Skills & Competencies

• Photography or videography skills (mobile-friendly content creation a plus).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools: Mailchimp, Meta Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
• Exposure to paid advertising campaigns or influencer partnerships is a bonus.
