Responsibilities

Work-based exposure may include the following:

• Recruitment and selection related to advertising, screening, short-listing, and placement of candidates.
• Attend to all Human Capital related queries received from management and employees.
• Assist with administering employee relations and disciplinary issues.
• Arrange, coordinate, and attend meetings.
• Interpret and advise line management and employees on Human Capital policies.
• Provide advice on grievance management.
• Administer leave management.
• Administer payroll inputs received.
• Deal with staff promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Maintain and update monthly reports.
• Administer the HR filing system.
• Deal with performance management related issues.
• File CVs and personal documents.
• Arrange venues, agendas, and take minutes of HR-related meetings.
