Standard Bank of South Africa is inviting applications for a Learner, Insurance Business opportunity based in Roodepoort, Johannesburg.

This learnership is part of Standard Bank’s Insurance Business area, which focuses on providing insurance solutions that add value to customers.

The programme is designed for young people who are passionate about learning, customer service and gaining practical workplace skills in the insurance environment.

Successful learners will gain exposure to insurance operations, customer service, complaints resolution, claims queries, learning and development, and other insurance-related business functions.

About the Learnership

The learnership provides workplace exposure in the insurance business environment.

Learners will be mentored by Insurance Leads and gain experience in different insurance streams.

The programme aims to develop skills that support customer service, business operations and insurance service delivery.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
• Must be a Matriculant.
• Must have Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy with 60% and above.
• Must not be employed for more than six months.
• Must not be registered on any other learnership.
• Must not be studying at any institution.
