Description

Fidelity Services Group is recruiting an Intern for its East Rand branch in Benoni.

The intern will perform administrative tasks and support the branch’s daily activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee-record management, events and human resources projects.

Responsibilities

• Update internal databases with new employee information.
• Capture employee contact details and employment forms.
• Assist with organising company events and career days.
• Assist with recruitment processes.
• Assist with onboarding new employees.
• Collaborate with the team to improve departmental operations.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Plan and coordinate events or functions.
• Maintain an effective filing system.
• Update internal databases.
• Assist the Human Resources Department with various projects.
• Receive employee queries.
• Refer employees to the appropriate member of the team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
• Understanding of the Labour Relations Act.
• Understanding of the Employment Equity Act.
• Understanding of the Skills Development Act.
• Understanding of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment.
• Ability to prioritise important projects.
