Reconciliation Clerk (x3)

Description

Hollywoodbets is seeking three meticulous and motivated Reconciliation Clerks to join our dynamic team in Umhlanga. The successful candidates will be responsible for auditing and reconciling various financial transactions to ensure accuracy, prevent fraud, and maintain financial integrity across retail branches.

Responsibilities

•  Reconcile daily retail transactions (TUV, Tote, Betman, EFT, ATM, credit card, etc.)
•  Audit branch declarations and financial paperwork
•  Investigate and resolve missing tickets and cash shortages
•  Perform stock counts and petty cash reconciliations
•  Assist branches with clearing financial queries
•  Submit reports and updates to management
•  Ensure compliance with company policies and deadlines

Requirements

•  Matric with Mathematics and English
•  At least 1 year of administrative experience
•  Computer literate
