Graduate Internship – Corporate Disclosure and Compliance (x3)

Description

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), a member of the dtic, is offering a 24-month Graduate Internship Programme in Corporate Disclosure and Compliance. This opportunity is designed to provide unemployed South African graduates with valuable work experience to complement their academic qualifications.

Responsibilities

•  Gain practical experience in compliance management and regulatory governance
•  Assist with corporate disclosure and reporting processes
•  Support regulatory and audit functions
•  Participate in compliance-related projects

Requirements

•  National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or B Degree (NQF Level 7 or 8) in Law and/or Accounting
•  Specialisation in Compliance Management, Regulatory Governance, or Disclosures
•  Must be a South African citizen aged 18–35
•  Must be unemployed and have no prior internship or work experience
•  Must be willing to sign an internship agreement
