📌 Clerk – Network Control (Electricity Division)

Description

To provide a telephone answering service for customers reporting electricity faults, and to assist in general administrative and clerical functions for the Network Control branch.

Responsibilities

•  Answer incoming calls from customers reporting power issues.
•  Record and capture fault reports accurately.
•  Refer issues to the relevant LV control officers for resolution.
•  Support other clerks in the region with similar tasks.
•  Perform general clerical duties including filing.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
•  3 months relevant experience.
•  Computer literacy essential.
•  6 months of experience in a similar role.
