Are you confident on the phone, have a knack for persuasive conversations, and ready to work from home? Join Telemarketing Professionals as a Remote Sales Executive where you'll conduct outbound calls, generate leads, and set appointments for our clients. You’ll be following a script, qualifying prospects, handling objections, and scheduling meetings — all while earning a base hourly rate plus commission bonuses.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to introduce services to prospects
Follow scripts and ask qualifying questions
Handle objections and confirm appointments on behalf of the client
Capture call notes and client details in a CRM system
Meet weekly targets for appointments and call quality

Details

Requirements

Outbound call experience: minimum 1 year (lead generation, fundraising, telemarketing, appointment setting, or B2B sales)
Excellent English skills: both written and spoken with a professional, easily understood accent
Strong communication skills: confident, articulate, and persuasive on calls
Intermediate computer skills: ability to type 20–40 WPM, navigate CRMs, and manage online systems
Professional home office setup: quiet, distraction-free environment (no noise from pets, family, or roommates)
Own USB headset: preferably noise-cancelling; we can recommend models
Laptop/PC with Windows or Debian Linux (Mac not supported)
Stable, high-speed internet: minimum 10 Mbps up & down
Matric (high school) certificate
Tertiary education and corporate office experience (preferred)
