The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and driving sales by assisting customers in finding the right adidas products while maintaining store standards and policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers with product selection and technical information
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Support stock control, ticketing, and product flow from stockroom to sales floor
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and merchandising standards
