From managing property files to communicating with buyers and sellers, your role supports the conveyancing process to reach completion as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain property transaction files in line with legal and internal process requirements
- Follow all company workflow processes with precision
- Manage tasks efficiently within agreed service levels and deadlines
- Open new case files and order property searches for purchases
- Conduct transaction chain checks and manage pre-sale files
- Capture and record file closure feedback in the system
- Build strong relationships with solicitors, estate agents, buyers, and sellers
- Provide guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Support the Sales Progression team once administrative tasks are complete
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
- Represent the company positively in all interactions
- Follow GDPR, confidentiality, and internal escalation processes
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or office-based customer service role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident, professional communication – written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Comfortable using digital systems and CRM tools
- Access to a laptop/PC and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
