Responsibilities
- Process, monitor, and confirm client payments
- Follow up with clients regarding payment reconciliation
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or incorrect payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure payment efficiency
- Maintain accurate and organized payment records
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Experience in administration, payments, or financial processes is an advantage
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license
