Responsibilities

Process, monitor, and confirm client payments
Follow up with clients regarding payment reconciliation
Identify and resolve discrepancies or incorrect payments
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure payment efficiency
Maintain accurate and organized payment records

Requirements

Matric certificate
Experience in administration, payments, or financial processes is an advantage
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Own transport and a valid driver’s license
