Description

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture and maintain claim-related data across internal systems and databases.
• Handle client and creditor inquiries regarding claim status, documentation, and process requirements.
• Verify and process claim documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the claims teams.
• Handle client queries professionally and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to ensure claims are progressing and resolved within expected timelines.
• Communicate with credit providers and insurers to confirm balances, policy details, and settlement terms.
• Track claim progress, update records accurately, and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in claims administration, customer service, or data management is advantageous.
