Description
The Department of Roads and Transport seeks a dedicated Cleaner to provide and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment across offices, boardrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. This role ensures a professional environment that supports departmental operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of offices, corridors, elevators, kitchens, and boardrooms.
- Wash, empty, and clean waste bins daily.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene by ensuring dishes and utensils are clean.
- Replace toilet paper, hand towels, and air fresheners.
- Report faults and broken cleaning equipment promptly.
Requirements
- Grade 9/ ABET or equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience required.
