Description
The Registry Clerk will provide mail, courier, and records management services within the Supply Chain Management unit, ensuring compliance with records legislation and efficient handling of documents. Reference No: 2025/82
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and register incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
- Provide courier services, package and track documents.
- File, retrieve, and control movement of files (on-site and off-site).
- Manage scanning, faxing, photocopying, and indexing of documents.
- Maintain registers for files, priority mail, and invoices.
- Issue reference numbers according to the approved file plan.
- Attend to client enquiries and assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
