Old Mutual is seeking a Data Capturer to provide customer support at branch level. The role focuses on assisting clients with navigating digital platforms, capturing transactions, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with digital self-service transactions.
- Manage queues and support branch staff.
- Guide customers through submission processes on self-service devices.
- Provide accurate information and escalate where necessary.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth digital adoption.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12 / NQF 4).
