Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and provide support across various business functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of managing administrative processes with efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the office and management team.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and supplier information.
  • Achieve set targets
  • Assist with stock administration, branch administration, and data capturing.
  • Support colleagues with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and redirect where necessary.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, filing systems, and internal communications.
  • Handle all administrative functions, including the preparation and processing of invoices, back-orders, quotations, pro-forma invoices, and related documentation.
  • Assist with branch activities such as stocktakes, branch administration, and backup in other positions when necessary.
  • Weekly reporting on personal and customer activities to the Line Manager.

Requirements

  • Matric certificate.
  • Experience in administrative roles or customer service is advantageous.
