How to Apply (Closing Date: 10 October 2025)

Important Requirements for Online Applications:

• Attachments must include Z83 application form and CV only
• Combine into one (1) PDF document
• Indicate the job title and reference number in the email subject line
• Use the correct email address associated with the post
• JPEG (picture/snapshot) applications will not be accepted
• Failure to comply will result in disqualification

Application Form (Z83):

• Applications must be submitted on the new Z83 form obtainable from any Public Service Department or Download Here
• Old Z83 forms will not be accepted
• Each post requires its own Z83 form, fully completed, initialled, and signed
• All fields in Sections A–D must be completed in full
• For Sections E, F, G: It is acceptable to indicate “Refer to CV” or “See attached”
• The declaration under Part F must be answered and signed

Documents Required:

• Updated, comprehensive CV with detailed previous experience (if any)
• Completed and signed new Z83 application form
• Do not include certified copies with initial application.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications and other supporting documents before the interview

Additional Notes:

• Non-RSA Citizens/Permanent Residents with foreign qualifications must provide a SAQA evaluation report (only when shortlisted)
• No faxed applications will be accepted
• Late or incomplete applications will not be considered
• Correspondence will be limited to shortlisted candidates only

Selection Process:

• Shortlisted candidates will undergo a pre-entry practical exercise to assess suitability
• Suitable candidates will also be subjected to:
  • Criminal record checks
  • Citizenship verification
  • Credit record checks
  • Qualification verification
  • Employment verification
