Description
The Call Centre Agent will provide efficient customer support by handling inbound calls, responding to queries, and delivering solutions in line with service level standards. The role requires strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to manage queries promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide effective assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical queries telephonically.
- Respond to customer correspondence via email, website, and other platforms.
- Update customer requests on Listener and ensure accurate records.
- Perform administrative duties, including emails, paperwork, and inter-departmental coordination.
- Follow up on customer queries to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Meet service level, quality, and productivity targets.
- Take ownership of escalated issues, ensuring proper resolution and feedback.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12.
- Computer literacy.
- Previous customer service experience in a call centre environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
