Description
Provide high-volume outbound and inbound telephonic support to prospective students during the registration period. You’ll qualify leads, guide them on programme options, book consultations, and keep accurate records in SIMS to drive lead-to-application conversion.
Responsibilities
- Call prospects within 24 hours; verify entry requirements and suggest alternatives if needed.
- Explain courses, deadlines and next steps; handle queries and follow-ups.
- Book consultations for Student Advisors (Distance) and complete confirmation/reschedule calls.
- Capture and maintain accurate data in SIMS; track activity and conversion KPIs (HSR targets).
- Support Head: Student Recruitment with admin/marketing tasks.
- Assist Student Advisors with post-application tasks (collecting documents/payments).
Requirements
- Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
- 1–2 years in Sales/Admin/Marketing/Customer Service/Telemarketing.
