Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist customers with their questions, providing accurate information regarding our products and services.
Document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex matters to senior representatives when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and questions are resolved.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory.

High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing higher education is an advantage.
