Description
The Multi Skilled Employee will perform various cinema operations, including cashiering, food & beverage sales, ticket collections, and customer assistance. The role involves maintaining Ster-Kinekor’s service and presentation standards while ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform multiple cinema functions including cashier, catering sales, waiter, or cinema assistant duties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ster-Kinekor’s products, promotions, and offers.
- Prepare and serve food items (e.g., popcorn, slush) according to quality standards.
- Uphold hygiene, health, and safety requirements within all operational areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is in working condition.
- Ensure promotional materials and displays are current and neatly presented.
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company image and values.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- 0–1 year in a similar customer service or retail role.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic MS Office Suite; knowledge of VISTA system is an advantage.
