The learner will assist customers across various communication channels, including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions, while gaining practical experience in a financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally
- Respond to customer emails and fax correspondence
- Provide face-to-face assistance to walk-in customers
- Deliver quality customer service in line with company standards
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
- No prior work experience required
- South African Citizen
- Ages 18–35
- Currently unemployed and not studying
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for helping people, especially those in financial distress
