Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally
Respond to customer emails and fax correspondence
Provide face-to-face assistance to walk-in customers
Deliver quality customer service in line with company standards
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments
Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
No prior work experience required
South African Citizen
Ages 18–35
Currently unemployed and not studying
Strong communication and customer service skills
Passion for helping people, especially those in financial distress
