Description
Hublead is a fast-growing SaaS startup that connects LinkedIn and HubSpot CRM. Their platform helps sales teams save time by importing LinkedIn contacts into HubSpot, syncing messages automatically, enriching data, and providing dashboards to track results.
We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist who will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects. You’ll handle support queries, resolve issues, and make sure every interaction is smooth, professional, and helpful.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer inbox (email + chat).
- Answer product questions clearly and quickly (mainly about Hublead’s LinkedIn–HubSpot integration).
- Redirect sales or training queries to the right person.
- Gather details on bug reports, try to reproduce the issue, and prepare summaries for the tech team.
- Document common questions and help improve the FAQs and knowledge base.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM systems.
- Previous experience in customer support (SaaS/tech background is a plus).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other sales tools.
