Description
The Department of Health is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to support financial administration and revenue management at Kopanong Hospital. The role ensures accurate processing of payments, reconciliations, and financial records in line with government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier and sundry payments on BAS and SAP systems
- Perform reconciliations, clear financial cycles, and manage commitment registers
- Capture journals, accruals, and monthly financial reports
- Handle billing, debtors’ management, and patient account submissions
- Support cashier duties, petty cash, and revenue reconciliations
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Finance-related qualification (advantageous)
