How to Apply

Applications may be submitted online through either of the following systems:

• Apply through the Provincial e-Recruitment System

The Provincial e-Recruitment System is available 24 hours a day and closes at 23:59 on the closing date.

Required Documents

Submit:

• A fully completed New Z83 application form, effective from 1 January 2021.
• A detailed curriculum vitae.

The e-Recruitment System automatically generates a Z83 form after the applicant applies and selects the option to generate the form.

Applicants are not required to submit copies of qualifications or other supporting documents with the initial application.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications and other relevant documents to Human Resources on or before the interview date.

Non-South African citizens or permanent-residence permit holders may also be required to submit a copy of their permanent-residence permit.

Z83 Information

The Z83 form generated through the e-Recruitment System is currently not signable.

Applicants who submit an unsigned system-generated Z83 form will not be disqualified for that reason. They may be requested to sign it on or before the interview date.

Applicants should review their submitted applications under “My Job Applications.”

The system-generated Z83 may not display work experience and qualifications, but the information captured in the applicant’s profile will be available to the recruitment team.

• Failure to provide all required documents when requested will result in disqualification.
