Tolcon – FMS GP is offering a short-term Admin Learnership for candidates eager to gain practical experience in HR and office administration. The learner will provide essential administrative support, assist in HR processes, and contribute to various office tasks within a professional infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

•  Develops a working knowledge or administration database and searchable resources.
•  Organise and maintain personnel records – as required by management.
•  Scanning and renaming of documents and keep the filing system maintained.
•  Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
•  May be responsible for making meeting arrangements.
•  Assist in the recruitment process (draft job specs, screen CV’s, conduct telephonic interviews, arrange interviews and conduct reference checks).
•  Assist with coordination and communication of training interventions.
•  Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with stakeholders (both internal and external).
•  Revise/formatting of company policies and procedures – as per instruction.
•  Work proactively with other team members.
•  Assist in arrangements and coordination of company social events.
•  Assist with minutes and any other admin as and when required by the Company.
