Description

We are looking for energetic and reliable Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our GigSquad. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and customers, handling queries, solving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

No degree or prior experience is needed — just a willingness to learn, great communication skills, and a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

•  Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
•  Resolve issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
•  Communicate clearly (both written and verbal).
•  Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional attitude.
•  Work independently while managing your tasks effectively.

Requirements

•  Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
•  Previous customer service or call centre experience (advantageous).
•  Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Must have a laptop/PC and reliable internet connection.
•  A quiet working environment.
•  Ability to multitask and work independently.
•  Must pass a background check.
