Your mission will be to:
Ensure our shelves are stocked with the right products Make our stores look visually stunning Price products to perfection to boost sales
This role is perfect for those who are passionate about retail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Count, document, and manage stock levels, including unpacking and organizing products.
- Visual Merchandising: Create attractive displays, plan store layouts, and design signs and ads to grab customers' attention.
- Product Maintenance: Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and maintained, including removing old or damaged products.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to achieve business objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide product advice, handle customer complaints, and respond to queries and requests.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store area, including the store room, clean, tidy, and uncluttered.
- Key Deliverables: Accurate stock records and product displays, Attractive and well-maintained store displays, Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, Excellent customer service and product knowledge, Maintained store cleanliness and organization
