Smollan is inviting applications for the Customer Service Consultant - CIC opportunity based in JHB East Rand, Gauteng.

This role forms part of the Customer Interaction Centre and is suited to a candidate who can provide excellent customer support, manage administration, and deliver strong client service.

The successful candidate will handle customer interactions, complete administrative tasks, and support client service delivery while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions professionally and effectively.
• Provide customer service support.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Deliver client service in line with role expectations.

Requirements

• Grade 12.
• 1 to 2 years of call centre experience is preferable.
• Customer service experience.
• Administrative experience, or strong learning potential.
