Responsibilities

• Actively participate in classroom sessions and practical on-the-job training, aligning all tasks with the learnership program requirements.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, policies, and procedures, essential for successful on-the-job training activities.
• Compile a comprehensive Portfolio of Evidence, meticulously prepared for submission to SETA.
• Maintain detailed logbooks for work-based learning, ensuring a thorough record of practical experiences.
• Successfully complete formative and summative assessments, achieving the required level of proficiency.
• Demonstrate competence in utilizing company systems and understanding operational processes to ensure efficient workflow.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders, building a network based on trust and respect.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
• Provide recommendations to enhance client service and ensure fair treatment, contributing to continuous service improvement.
• Promote a culture that values meaningful relationships, encourages open feedback, and upholds exceptional client service standards.
• Monitor and improve turnaround times and quality standards, promptly resolving issues to enhance client service delivery.
• Drive the achievement of client service delivery goals, ensuring alignment with predefined standards for expert advice and service.
• Manage client queries efficiently, ensuring accurate resolution and using feedback to refine client service and operational processes.

Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric (Essential).
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Sales or equivalent (Essential).
• Must reside around Centurion, Pretoria.
• Must be between the ages of 18 - 30 years.
