Responsibilities

• Learn and understand DHL client requirements and operational standards.
• Support loading and offloading tasks according to delivery procedures.
• Use warehouse equipment correctly and report defects promptly.
• Record and report any non-conforming or damaged customer merchandise.
• Follow all operating procedures, safety standards, and work instructions.
• Work within designated operational areas as assigned by supervisors.
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and adherence to company values.

Requirements

• Matric (with English and Mathematics/Math Literacy) — Essential.
• BBBEE candidate, South African citizen.
• Unemployed youth aged 18–29 years.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s license — Advantage.
• Valid Forklift/Reach Truck license — Advantage.
