Sun International is offering a Gaming Learnership at GrandWest Casino in Cape Town. This 12-month programme provides unemployed youth with the opportunity to gain a National Certificate in Gaming Operations (NQF Level 3) while gaining practical, on-the-job experience in casino table operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on the gaming floor
• Facilitate and manage casino table games in line with regulations
• Assist guests with game rules and general enquiries
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards at all times
• Ensure compliance with gaming policies and procedures
• Support daily gaming operations and floor activities

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
• Aged between 18 – 35 years
• Currently unemployed
• No criminal record
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to work in a smoking environment
• Eligible to obtain a gaming license
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous
