Sun International is inviting applications for a Finance Intern opportunity at Sun Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom in KwaZulu-Natal.

This internship is aimed at dedicated and committed youth who have studied Financial Management, Finance Accounting, or Economics and require practical workplace experience to complete their diploma.

The successful candidates will join the Finance department and gain hands-on experience in finance administration, clerical support, financial procedures, purchase requisitions, and general workplace operations within the gaming and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance department with daily administrative and clerical duties.
• Assist with finance-related processes and procedures.
• Work with purchase requisitions where required.
• Capture, check, and process finance-related information accurately.
• Follow instructions and handle information responsibly.
• Support operational finance requirements within the department.
• Assist with general office and administrative finance functions.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when working with financial documents and records.
• Work shifts according to operational requirements.

Requirements

• Matric.
• N6 in Financial Management.
• The internship must be required by the applicant’s institution to complete their qualification.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
• Valid South African ID.
• Must be willing to work shifts.
• Must meet all requirements for a Gaming Licence.
• Candidates must understand that this is an internship opportunity and does not create an expectation of permanent employment.
