Pepkor Lifestyle is inviting applications for its Graduate Programme: Degree, Diploma and TVET opportunity based in Sandton, Gauteng.
This is a Wholesale & Retail SETA-funded work-integrated learning programme aimed at young, vibrant, and passionate graduates who want to gain structured workplace experience within one of South Africa’s largest wholesale and retail groups.
The programme offers 12 months of workplace experience for Degree and Diploma graduates and 18 months of practical training for TVET graduates.
Successful candidates will gain exposure to different business functions, receive support from experienced professionals, and build workplace skills that can support future career growth.
Fields of Study Required
Applicants must have a Degree, Diploma, or TVET qualification in one of the following fields:
- Business Management / Business Administration
- Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
- Bachelor of Laws
- BCom Law
- BCom Risk Management
- BCom Financial Management
- BSc / BCom Software Engineering
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management N6
- IT Project Administration / Project Management

Responsibilities
- Attend all onboarding and induction programmes.
- Attend meetings that provide information about different company functions.
- Execute assigned duties under the supervision of senior employees.
- Perform research and document trends within different business functions.
- Research new technologies, best practices, and workplace improvements.
- Visit different locations or stores to gain hands-on working experience.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for evaluation where required.
- Perform additional duties as requested to support business objectives.
- Demonstrate professionalism, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic throughout the programme.
Requirements
- Must be suitably qualified from an accredited university, tertiary institution, or TVET college.
- Must be unemployed.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must have a valid South African ID.
- Must be under the age of 32.
- Candidates with and without disabilities may apply.
- TVET graduates must require 18 months of practical workplace experience.
