Description

The Maslow Hotel Sandton, part of Sun International, is offering an NC Food & Beverage Services Learnership to unemployed youth who have completed Grade 12. This 12-month, outcome-based learnership combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience in a hospitality environment.

The programme is designed to develop essential food and beverage service skills and contribute towards addressing skills shortages in the hospitality industry. Candidates living with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Participate in both theoretical training and workplace practical learning
Assist with food and beverage service operations
Deliver professional and courteous customer service
Follow workplace procedures, policies, and health & safety standards
Work shifts as required, including weekends and public holidays
Demonstrate commitment to completing the full learnership duration

Grade 12 / Matric certificate (or equivalent NQF level)
Unemployed South African youth
Certified copy of South African ID
Curriculum Vitae and motivational letter
Hospitality-related certificate will be advantageous
Willingness to commit to a 12-month learnership programme
