Required Documents

Submit:

• A fully completed, signed and initialled New Z83 application form.
• A recently updated and comprehensive curriculum vitae.
• An affidavit confirming that you have not participated in a similar programme before.

Applicants are not required to submit copies of qualifications or other supporting documents with the initial application.

Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit supporting documents on or before the interview date.

Z83 Instructions

• Use the New Z83 application form.
• Applications submitted using the old Z83 form will not be considered.
• Sections A, B, C and D are compulsory.
• Sections E, F and G are not compulsory where a CV is attached.
• The question in Part F relating to conditions that may prevent reappointment must be answered.
• The form must be fully completed, signed and initialled.
• Failure to sign the form may result in disqualification.

Foreign Qualifications

Applicants with foreign qualifications must provide a South African Qualifications Authority evaluation certificate when shortlisted.

Important Notes

• Applications must quote the correct reference number.
• Late or non-compliant applications will not be considered.
• Correspondence will be limited to shortlisted candidates.
• Applications will not be acknowledged.
• Applicants who are not contacted within three weeks after the closing date should regard their applications as unsuccessful.
• The successful candidate will undergo security vetting.
• Appointment is subject to security clearance, qualification verification and competency assessment.
• Checks may include criminal-record, citizenship, credit-record, qualification and employment verification.
• Applicants must declare pending criminal, disciplinary or other allegations or investigations.
• Failure to disclose relevant allegations may result in the application being rejected or an appointment being terminated.
• Applicants must declare actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
