Archive Filing Clerk

Description

RCL FOODS is on the hunt for an Archive Filing Clerk to join our dynamic Finance team, based at our Randfontein site.

The successful incumbent will be responsible scanning and filing of all documents.

Responsibilities

•  Confirming of POD’s by checking if all documents are received from the Admin department.
•  Scan all POD’s received from the Admin department on Capilink and match the POD’s on Capilink.
•  File all POD’s in numerical order in archive boxes.
•  Receiving of loading documents from the Admin department, compiling and filing it in numerical order in designated boxes.
•  Sequence and file credit notes received from the Claims department in archive boxes.
•  Sorting of TDW boxes in the storeroom to simplify collection once a year from the document warehouse.
•  Handling of queries from debtors and claims departments for documents not yet scanned via email.

Requirements

•  National Senior Certificate (Matric)
