Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and account issues.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
Participate in training and development activities to continuously improve customer service skills.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally as a customer care agent or call center representative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
