The role of the Collections Advisor is to deliver first class tailored support based on each customer’s circumstances.
The Collections Advisor will be a crucial point of contact for our client’s customers who are in arrears, showing early indictors of financial hardship, and vulnerability. The collections Advisor will positively reflect our brand and values whilst carrying out their role.
Deliver fair and compliant outcomes, in an empathetic manner, whilst offering solutions that deliver first contact resolutions for the customers.
Work with income and expenditure data to offer affordable payment plans for the customer, where appropriate.
Own individual objectives to support the wider success of the business.
Contribute to discussions and brainstorming activities in an agile way to improve the customer’s journeys.
Manage customer’s accounts in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, updating relevant data using various digital platforms with precision.
Take ownership and communicate confidently, exercise excellent listening and written skills to resolve customer and partner queries with expert knowledge.
