Responsibilities

• Customer Service Representative: Answer calls and schedule customers in company software and/or notify necessary team members of incoming call information
• Dispatching: Maintain, edit, and eventually create schedules for technicians based on job locations and unique requirements, and schedule customers by communicating via text or calling, and adding jobs to company software
• Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable, following up with overdue accounts and reporting outstanding accounts receivable balance weekly
• Various Administrative Assistant Tasks
