We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a dynamic UK-based team. Responsibilities

•  Execute outbound sales campaigns via cold calling, email sequences, and social media outreach.
•  Identify and qualify potential leads by researching target companies and decision-makers.
•  Use CRM systems and sales automation tools to manage leads and track engagement.
•  Analyse market trends and customer profiles to refine targeting strategies.
•  Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and lead status.
•  Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to share insights and improve prospecting efforts.

Requirements

•  6–18 months of experience in a sales development or business development role (essential).
•  Background in HR technology or SaaS (essential).
•  A relevant degree (desirable).
•  Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection (essential).
