We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic customer service team in Johannesburg CBD. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries related to billing, connectivity, and general services. You’ll provide effective solutions, ensure accurate call logging, and consistently deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

•  Handle inbound customer queries with professionalism and empathy
•  Resolve issues related to products, services, or billing
•  Accurately capture call and customer interaction details
•  Identify and promote suitable solutions or upselling opportunities
•  Maintain up-to-date product knowledge

Requirements

•  Matric / NQF Level 4 qualification
•  Minimum 6 months’ call centre or customer service experience (preferred)
•  Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
•  Availability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
•  Fluent in English, Zulu & Sotho or Afrikaans
