This accredited learnership programme is designed for unemployed youth who want to develop customer service excellence, digital capability, and workplace-ready skills within a professional services environment.

The programme combines structured theoretical training with practical workplace exposure in a technology-enabled customer service environment. Learners will gain essential communication, professional, digital, and customer service skills that can improve future employability.

Responsibilities

• Participate fully in all training sessions.

Requirements
