Responsibilities

Make a minimum of 262 calls per day using our dialer system (Calltools).
Engage with homeowners, build rapport, and identify qualified leads.
Transfer hot leads to the sales team in real time.
Log and update all calls accurately on the system.
Attend quick team huddles at 8:20 AM EST (2:20 PM SAST) and scheduled trainings on Mondays (strategy) and Wednesdays (mindset).
Maintain high energy and consistency despite repetitive tasks.
