You’ll be spending your day calling homeowners, building real connections in minutes, and identifying those ready to take the next step. This isn’t just about pushing calls – it’s about creating meaningful conversations and keeping the energy going throughout the day.

Responsibilities

•  Make a minimum of 262 calls per day using our dialer system (Calltools).
•  Engage with homeowners, build rapport, and identify qualified leads.
•  Transfer hot leads to the sales team in real time.
•  Log and update all calls accurately on the system.
•  Attend quick team huddles at 8:20 AM EST (2:20 PM SAST) and scheduled trainings on Mondays (strategy) and Wednesdays (mindset).
•  Maintain high energy and consistency despite repetitive tasks.

Requirements

•  Strong conversational skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
•  Comfortable speaking to strangers over the phone.
•  Excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities.
•  Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
•  Resilient – not afraid of rejection.
•  Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
