FNB is inviting applications for a FirstJob Learner opportunity based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
This is a development role where the successful candidate will complete a formal registered qualification while gaining practical workplace experience.
During the programme, the learner will be responsible for completing assigned tasks that support business objectives. These may include research, analysis, administration, process work, project support, customer service activities, reporting, and personal development.
Additional work-related training will be provided where required.
Responsibilities
- Complete a formal registered qualification during the period of employment.
- Fulfil all requirements of the qualification.
- Complete assigned work tasks according to predefined objectives.
- Support research, analysis, administration, process work, and project activities.
- Identify and escalate potential risks that may increase costs.
- Demonstrate cost awareness and responsible use of resources.
- Increase knowledge and understanding of financial processes.
- Follow required operating standards.

- Resolve customer dissatisfaction and complaints where required.
