Description

TFG’s @Home is offering unemployed South African youth an opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic retail environment through the YES Programme. This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about customer service and eager to kick-start their careers in retail.

Requirements

•  South African citizen aged 18–28.
•  Minimum Grade 10 (Matric preferred).
•  Unemployed and available for the full 12-month contract (April 2025 – March 2026).
•  No previous participation in the YES Programme.
•  Not employed permanently for more than 1 year with a single employer.
•  Not studying full-time in 2025.
•  Able to cover own accommodation and transport costs if required.
•  Preference given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
