Description
As a chat agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage with fans on OnlyFans through written messages. You'll work behind the scenes, helping models drive sales, build lasting relationships, and increase overall fan engagement. This is a high-performance sales-oriented role that requires quick thinking, emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage in real-time, text-based conversations with fans.
- Promote exclusive content, paid messages, and custom requests.
- Develop rapport with fans to increase purchases and long-term loyalty.
- Follow scripts and content strategies while adapting to each conversation.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluent English with perfect spelling and grammar.
- Previous experience in chat support or sales is preferred, but not required (training is provided).
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop computer (mobile-only setups are not supported).
- Comfortable working with adult content in a discreet, respectful, and professional manner.
- Motivated, independent and disciplined.
