The Administrative Clerk – Auxiliary Services will provide comprehensive office and support services to ensure smooth operations of the Regional Office. The role involves managing support services, logistics, meetings, and assets, as well as providing general administrative assistance.

Responsibilities

•  Manage support services within the Regional Office.
•  Arrange travel and logistics for staff.
•  Assist with meeting preparations and take care of required arrangements.
•  Type and format documents as needed.
•  Manage and maintain office assets.
•  Provide transport and logistical support to the office.
•  Perform reception duties when required.
•  Deliver general administrative support across office functions.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
